Why do we study physics?
I would say we study physics, because it a science that has helped human beings in many different ways. Physics gave us answers, but also led us to new questions. Now we know what, why or how. I believe that what the article says about Physics being a fundamental science is true.
It's something that surrounds us, and that is present in many different aspects of our lives. I think that Physics is a science that has had a huge influence on the changes that have occurred in the lifestyle of the Western civilization throughout the past few decades, and I believe that we can trust physicists to solve many of our problems in the future, and change our world through innovation and discoveries. I like to think that it has no boundaries, because what was thought to be impossible only a few years ago is now a reality, and so we can't be sure what physicists will come up with in a few years. Perhaps things like curing cancer or time traveling are not as distant as they might seem.
However, I'm not really interested in pursuing any of the careers mentioned in the article. While I may find Physics to be very interesting, I do not wish to make a living out of it.

I found this post very interesting because while I was reading it I realized that Physics is much more than a school subject. I agree completely with the part that even though I do not wish to study Physics as a career it will help me develope other skills that will be useful not only in my field but also in life.
